Shared Living

Shared Living is a program for people receiving Section 21/29 waiver funding. With the Shared Living Program an individual lives with a community member becoming part of the family.

Mission/Vision

Momentum’s mission is to partner with people in self-advocacy by valuing and respecting each person’s talents and dreams. Momentum supports people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities to build skills and self-esteem through the achievement of personal goals.

Nature Trek

Nature Trek is designed for people to explore the outdoors in greater depth. Our activities and excursions include kayaking, backpacking on the Appalachian Trail, paddle boarding, camping, hiking, surfing, river camping, yurt camping and more.
